Founding partner of Domeyko & Cía. Attorneys, Francisco focuses his professional practice in the management and administration of public and private works execution contracts, negotiation, Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, and administrative litigation disputes.

 

Currently, he is consultant to different organizations, companies and individuals involved with the development, execution and operation of infrastructure projects. Francisco began his professional career providing legal advice to property development companies, construction companies, financial institutions and investment funds for development, management, construction and financing of real estate projects.

 

Since 2010, his specialization moves towards public works contracts, practicing first as legal counsel of the Architecture Directorate of the Ministry of Public Works, then as legal counsel of the Operation Division of Concession Works of the Concession Coordination in Public Works.

 

During his professional career, he was directly involved in providing legal advice to important investors in relation to management and execution of public infrastructure projects; assume the defense of claims before administrative and judicial courts; modifications in public works concession contracts; and in the development of private initiatives.
